What is Clovrio?
Clovrio is an online boutique offering modern, comfortable womenswear and menswear — clothing, shoes and accessories inspired by European fashion.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

What are the delivery times?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same working day; orders placed after 2:00 PM, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day. Delivery then takes 3–7 working days. Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 working days. Delivery is free.

How do I place an order?
Simply add your items to the cart, confirm your order, and complete the secure checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To request a return, contact us at info@clovrio.com.
