Refund policy

At Clovrio, your satisfaction is important to us. You may return products within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, or only tried on, and in its original condition
  • In its original, unopened packaging
  • Accompanied by the order confirmation or delivery slip

Return period: 30 days from the date you received your package.
Return method: by post.
Restocking fees: none.
Refund processing time: within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@clovrio.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name used when placing the order
  • Delivery address

After receiving your request, we will send you detailed return instructions and the return address. We strongly recommend using a tracked (Track & Trace) shipping method to avoid loss of the returned item. If a return package is lost and a trackable service was not used, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs & Labels

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage; we do not provide a prepaid return label in these cases, and no return label is included in your parcel.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label or reimburse your postage.

No restocking fees are charged in any case.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method in GBP (£) within 7 business days. If the item does not meet return eligibility requirements, we will notify you by email.

Important notes:

  • Refunds apply to the product price.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.

Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window goes beyond this statutory period. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. After we receive and approve your return, we will process and ship the replacement item.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@clovrio.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and its packaging. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or a replacement.
