Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day. Delivery then takes 3–7 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. For change-of-mind returns the item must be unused and in its original condition, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility. If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us at info@clovrio.com with your order number and a photo – we will cover return shipping and process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order amount required.
